PHILSEABOARD co-sponsors Cecil Licad concert with Catanduanes government

The Provincial LGU of Catanduanes in collaboration with E Crown Hotel and Philseaboard, Inc. sponsored a free concert of renowned pianist Cecil Licad on Oct 11 2025 at the E-Crown Hotel and Resort to give opportunity to abacaleros, students and Catandunganons to appreciate the captivating performance of an international acclaimed pianist.
